DOE 3K Program

Our 3K classrooms at World of Wonders use The Creative Curriculum for Preschool, a research-based, play-centered approach that helps children become confident, creative, and caring learners. Through hands-on investigations and structured play, students build strong foundations in language, literacy, math, and social development.

Apply at myschools.nyc. Applications usually open in January. Siblings and current families receive priority.

12-Month-Old Program

Focuses on free play, exploration, structured interactions, and a developmentally appropriate curriculum with a low staff-to-child ratio. Daily activities include outdoor and indoor playtime, sensory and art activities, and early literacy development through themed curricula.

Individual Attention Flexible Hours
2-Year-Old Program

Provides an enriched learning experience with arts and crafts, motor activities, and sensory experiences. The program emphasizes vocabulary development, social interactions, independence, and age-appropriate milestones.

Small Class Size Flexible Hours
DOE 3K (Universal 3K Program)

Follows The Creative Curriculum for Preschool, focusing on play-based, hands-on investigations that foster language, literacy, mathematics, and social skills. Applications are available through myschools.nyc.

DOE 4K (Universal Pre-K Program)
